         Domestic Violence, Abuse Or
        Family Terror Against Women
       Can Be Stopped Or Dramatically
            Decreased By Businesses!

Human resource departments need to document employee's files when signs of injuries might point to domestic violence, abuse or family terror against women.  The file should have as much description of the injuries as is possible to include any comments that the employee-victim might have made concerning these injuries.

You see, we need to have more criminal prosecution for these acts of domestic violence, abuse or family terror against women.  Businesses can help by making the threat of penalties more realistic to the abusers as documentation to support injuries is provided as evidence.  This would be a great deterrent with some teeth to the abuser.  The victim might escape from her abuser some day and this data could help the law keep the abuser away from her so that she will not be harmed again.

We all need to all we can to help stop this and employers see these victims nearly half of their day.  That is if they are a victim that was allowed to leave the home and work.

This topic is addressed as well as many more in the book Family Terror.  As a victim of domestic violence it is my opinion that no book has ever addressed domestic violence in as much detail.  If you or someone you know is trapped in domestic violence, click here to order the book for information about avenues of solutions.
